Michael C. Fillios. is a co-founder of fraXtion LLC and leads the company’s IT fraXtional team. He is the founder and CEO of IT Ally, LLC., a C-Suite IT and Cyber Advisory firm for small and mid-size businesses. He is a four-time CIO and senior global business and technology executive with 25 years of experience in transformation, change leadership and operations management in the Pharmaceutical, Industrials, Automotive, Banking and Consulting Industries. His first book, Tech Debt 2.0®: How to Future Proof Your Small Business and Improve Your Tech Bottom Line, was published by the IT Ally Institute in April, 2020.

In 2020, he formed the IT Ally Institute to provide research, best practices, thought leadership and peer to peer programs for business and IT leaders at small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).

Fillios was most recently CIO at Fifth Third Bank where he led the Commercial, Payments and Treasury Management IT team. His responsibilities have taken him around the world including living in Shanghai, China where he served as Vice President and Divisional CIO at Delphi Automotive and at the multi-industrial giant, ITT Corporation, where he was part of the transformation team that led the successful tax-free spinoffs of ITT’s water and defense related businesses to shareholders.

Michael also spent ten years as an entrepreneur at tech startup BTM Corporation, where as the Chief Solutions Officer, he advised CxO’s on implementing transformative technology management practices in the public and private sector. Earlier in his career, he led the Finance, Human Resources and IT functions at Penwest Pharmaceuticals and worked at consulting firms Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young.

Michael A. Womack, Esq. is a co-founder of fraXtion LLC and leads the company’s Human Resources and Employment Practices fraXtional team. Mr. Womack has a comprehensive background as a former Senior Human Resources Executive and Employment Law attorney. Mr. Womack is the founder of The Womack Group, LLC which provides advice and business solutions on Human Resources and Employment Practices.

Mr. Womack was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at AutoZone in Memphis, Tennessee. Prior to AutoZone, Mr. Womack was the Vice President of Human Resources at Cintas Corporation in Mason, Ohio. He also served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel - Labor and Employment at Cintas. Prior to Cintas, Mr. Womack was a law partner at Littler Mendelson, a national labor and employment law firm. Mr. Womack served as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

Mr. Womack has Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Economics from Central Michigan in Mount Pleasant Michigan. He also has a Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Michael Wissman is President of fraXtion, LLC and an Operations advisor on our fraXtional team. Previously Michael was COO for a Start-up where he scaled the company in manufacturing microfluidic devices for biotechnology applications. Previously Michael was invited as Vice President and Board Advisor for Fluidsens International, Inc. an Israeli Start-up manufacturing instrumentation to diagnose water quality. Prior to Fluidsens, Michael was Department Head of Analytics R&D-Engineering for Xylem Inc. where he directed new product development and developed a technology platform strategy for analytical and medical device instruments. With the goal to help launch and guide new businesses, Michael also consults as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Cincinnati to establish new Start-ups and license new technology.

Over his career Michael has developed and synergized multi-disciplinary national and global teams in Operations, R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Quality. His industry experience includes aerospace, consumer electronics, chemicals, medical device, Department of Defense, semiconductor process equipment, adhesive coating and converting, water technology, and fractional horsepower motors. Michael holds a Master of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Dayton, conducted graduate research in biochemistry at Wright State University, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Wright State University.
